Not knowing more about your particular situation, I can't tell you why your application was declined ... but the majority of declined applications are due to either: A) the applicant not being someone actively planning their wedding, ie a vendor, journalist, or friend or B) they gave overly brief answers to our profile questions. Giving complete, full sentence answers is really important. We've learned the hard way that 2-word answers tend to come from spammers. :/ You're always welcome to apply again.
