Yes! I have a dream involving my wedding at the Field Museum here in Chicago, sadly, them dinos are too expensive for my bones. But this is awesome awesome awesome to look at.

God, so beautiful. My first choice venue is the Field Museum here in Chicago. This makes me determined to scrape together enough money to have it there! I still have well over a year and haven't booked a venue yet…

aw, my grandpa was a docent at that museum; it was one of my favorite places when i was a wee lass. such a lovely idea!

This is Serena, I shot the wedding and it truly was awesome. These are just a few images up from my blog, but Leslie will be posting more soon. It was such a fun wedding to photograph. They played rockband instead of a first dance!

We wanted to do something like this but the licences weren't valid for the actual museum parts…only the function rooms. :( Sad,sad,sad times, especially when looking at how bloody awesome this is!

I LOVE IT!!! I'm looking and searching and wishing for a wedding in a museum of some sort although I doubt our budget will allow. But this, this is too freakin cool!

This is seriously my dream wedding. Wow. I am frequently cynical, but boy am I happy to live in a world where someone is awesome enough to put dinosaurs on their wedding invites. Love this!
