Jen.. you are an amazing crafty bitch. Jen owns Mangia Catering in Montrose, Co….. her execution of our ideas combined with her own vision, artistry and absolute commitment made our wedding !!!!! She kept me calm, gave me solutions to problems all with a smile. It meant so much to me…. I was at Dawn's wedding. I was actually that caterer she spoke if and I loved every minute of the celebration. Of all of the weddings that I have ever catered, it was the very best! I refer to it alot when speaking with brides. Also, thanks to Dawn, I refer The Offbeat Bride. Dawn is the best; A true friend that I love and she deserved the best!

That is just wonderful! I like what Dawn said about being a united front when dealing with the contingent that does not agree with how you are doing things. That is how my Fiancee and I are trying to handle things. It isn't always easy, but it sure is ours! We are getting married at the beach in St. Augustine, FL. Can't wait!

I agree about how relaxed it seems, love that. I like the idea of the Day of the Dead alter people can add to… might be stealing that idea. And the idea of feasting on pillows is a dream — our location won't work for that, but I absolutely love the idea. The tables and seating look so intimate and luscious.
