I'm pretty picky about fit and Katherine sent me a muslin bodice to make sure it would be perfect. I've always received warm responses to my emails and my calls (within reasonable working hours, of course). Nobody believed I had my beautiful dress made online, sight unseen!! Looks like everyone else had the same great experience.... Katherine and the girls at Whirlingturban have been wonderful! I have never had such stellar customer service in my life, anywhere. Katherine is so careful she's downright neurotic (in a good way:) ) and everybody I've had contact with at Whirlingturban has been so accommodating there, both before and after they had any of my money.
