Offbeat Bride social network
I've gotten a few emails recently requesting more community features on Offbeat Bride. Well, I'm going to give a forum a shot — just as an experiment. (An experiment that may fail, if it's too difficult to maintain.) I just set up the Offbeat Bride social network. If you'd like the opportunity to connect, chat, share ideas and network with other bad-ass offbeat brides, sign up! We'll see how it goes…

WOW, ladies — this thing is really taking off! The network is averaging practically a new member EVERY HOUR and there are awesome groups like the DIY Idea Exchange and Brides who like Brides. I love it!

Is this only for brides?

John, if you're asking whether vendors can join the network, the answer is no. If you're interested in advertising, please let me know!

I wish that were the case, Cate. But John's website is a for-profit wedding page, making him a vendor — not a groom.

Well darn it, I was hopeful.
