somehow I missed this post during my initial readthrough of EVERY post on this site after getting engaged (Thank you, other Ariel, for putting this site together -- it's totally helped me realize what's important to us and what's wedding industry crap!)
Sword ferns are precisely what I want in my bouquet. I'm from the pacific northwest, my fiance loves it there, and that's where we're planning to have the wedding next summer. I'm thinking a cascade of some kind with sword ferns, and maybe some white flowers (tuberose, lily of the valley?). I've done a lot of looking online for cascade bouquets with sword ferns, and no luck. Anyone out there have any inspirational photos?
