Before getting married, I, too, wanted to do something extraordinary and unique. But cowardice got the better of me. I decided to jump into the bandwagon of church weddings because, for one, I wanted to save my mom from completely blowing her head off (plus, I though a church wedding isn't too bad either ... it could actually be romantic). Second, I feared that I would regret not going the traditional route. No regrets, though. I'm perfectly happy when I'm browsing through our wedding photos. :) I envy your courage!
