I'm not sure how much I can/should say just yet, but there are currently two publishers expressing serious interest in my book proposal. As you might imagine, this is very exciting news.

BTW, i was in the bookstore yesterday and in the 'wedding section' there was a whole shelf of books by this woman Carolyn Gerin on "anti-brides" – have you read any of hers?

You go. My book is rocketing along – nine chapters done, due date of 1st Jan 2006, publication 3rd April 2006. I'm also 300% over quota already, only halfway in!! So a bit of paring will be in order. Still, better to have too much and edit rather than not enough and pad.
